(Austin, Texas - December 2022) Partners Sarah Goodman & Mark Eiland announce the launch of Eminence M&A Strategies, LLC, a woman-owned firm that provides buyer and seller representation for M&A transactions. Eminence M&A Strategies was founded out of a desire to provide a best-in-class experience, value, and successful results to owners seeking an exit from their privately held businesses.
Eminence M&A Strategies launches at a time when there are an increasing number of women in M&A and data suggests women-led transactions outperform those led by men on post-share deal price(1), but the number of women in senior roles or management in the M&A space continues to lag (2).
With Sarah Goodman as President and majority owner, along with Managing Partner Mark Eiland, will be a unique player in the space as a women-owned business. In addition, the firm will be leveraging an unparalleled network of subject matter experts to ensure the highest representation for their clients.

Mark Eiland is a Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) and has an accomplished professional track record, holding C-suite positions in large corporate firms as well as small business enterprises, and has guided M&A projects from pre-deal due diligence through Day 1 readiness and post-merger integration.
